I enjoyed the charming Victorian decor throughout the hotel, which added a delightful touch to our stay. The accessibility features made it easy for my elderly parents to navigate, ensuring they felt comfortable and welcome during our visit.
More comfortable seating in public areas, please.

Spectacular views of the sea, engaging social events, varied evening entertainment
Cleanliness in both rooms and common areas needs serious attention!!! The decor and facilities feel painfully outdated, and bathroom fittings require urgent maintenance to enhance comfort.

Consider requesting specific dietary options ahead of time, as the menu may not cater extensively during busy dining hours.

Located right on the seafront, the view from the room was stunning and the accommodation was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. the dining experience was disappointing. the meals were often cold and lacked flavor, detracting from an otherwise lovely visit. For a hotel that offers great value, improvements in food quality would enhance the overall experience.

Couple seeking a decent stay
We had a double room which was small but did the job for 2 nights. The staff were super friendly, fixed our key card with no hassle and helped with our breakfast mishaps
It wasn't exactly cheap but I guess you get what you pay for

The sea view from the twin room is stunning, a perfect backdrop for lazy mornings. The location allows easy access to local attractions, making it appealing for those looking to explore.
Parking can be a hassle, as street parking requires payment and the hotel lacks its own lot. The balconies seem unsafe due to rust and aren't usable, and some rooms show signs of neglect—with plumbing issues and cleanliness concerns, like stains and mould in bathrooms. Evening options for snacks are non-existent, and coffee isn't available at the bar, which limits late-night comfort. There were also reports of noisy disturbances from other guests during the night, which can be quite unsettling.

The sea view was incredible 🌊, truly the highlight of our stay. However, the room itself was quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. Overall, it felt more like a budget place.

I had a good time chilling by the pool and enjoying the sunny terrace during my two-night stay. The breakfast spread was quite a treat, and I loved the cozy reading nook they had. The only bummer was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty but it didn't ruin my trip. 😊

The location is unbeatable with beautiful sea views, and the friendly staff made my experience enjoyable. However, the hotel is quite dated, with certain cleanliness issues and limited amenities like Wi-Fi not reaching the rooms. Overall, it’s decent for a short stay.

Families will find this place adequate
Had a good time with the family. The staff were friendly and helped us settle in with ease. Plus, the food was plentiful, nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. We welcomed the nightly entertainment as it kept the mood lively and we all engaged.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still okay.

great views but some quirks
We stayed one night in a standard double room with amazing views! The staff were super friendly and quick to bring breakfast. The only thing was, cleaning only happened sometimes, so we had to grab towels ourselves. The bar area was nice too, but a bit cramped in the evening. a decent stay for a night.
